The Minister of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs in the Kurdistan region, Abdullah Haji Mahmoud, stated that there will be no presence in Iraq if the Kurds decide to withdraw.[/rtl]
[rtl]Mahmoud said in a press statement that "the Kurds are strong and Iraq will not remain if they decide to withdraw."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "If the Kurds withdraw, there will be no Iraq."[/rtl]
