Today, Sunday, Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani discussed by telephone with the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, the developments taking place in the occupied Palestinian territories.
This came according to a statement issued by Al-Sudani’s office, indicating that the two sides stressed during the call the importance of the unity of the Arab and Islamic position, urgent action to stop the escalation, and joint work to stop the continuing violations practiced by the occupation authorities against the Palestinian people, which were the main reason for the tense situation in the Palestinian territories. .
The statement also stressed the need to adhere to international resolutions that were ignored by the Zionist entity and to continue regional and international efforts towards restoring the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and establishing their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
