The National Investment Authority directed to stop concluding contracts at the Najaf Investment Authority until after the elections.
According to a document obtained by “Al-Iqtisad News”, issued on (November 19, 2023), “Based on the directives received to us and the requirements of the public interest, it was decided to stop the procedures for announcing or concluding all investment contracts and postpone them until after the governorate council elections.”
