The source said in a statement to Al-Ma’louma Agency, “The American military aircraft and aircraft directed their compass towards the centers of the districts of Fallujah, Ramadi, Khalidiya, and Al-Amiriyah, after the reconnaissance operations were brief in the areas of the western Anbar desert, towards the areas of the border strip with Syria, reaching the areas of the Syrian depths. This measure is considered "The first of its kind in years."
He added, "The plan of the American forces to expand aerial reconnaissance operations by its warplanes to include city centers far from the Ain al-Assad base in the Al-Baghdadi district, west of Anbar, has not yet become clear, but it came days after targeting a site of the Popular Mobilization Forces in the Palestine Street area in Baghdad."
He pointed out that "the areas that were surveyed by American military aircraft are safe and stable and did not witness any security breach."
He explained, "The security leaders supervising the security file in Anbar do not have any information about expanding aerial reconnaissance operations by American military aircraft and drones." End / 12a
