On Friday evening (January 19, 2024), the head of the Azm Alliance, MP Muthanna Al-Samarrai, received the head of the Taqaddam Party, Muhammad Al-Halbousi.
A statement from the media office of the head of the Azm Party, received by “Baghdad Today,” stated that Al-Samarrai “received Al-Halbousi, and during the meeting, views were exchanged on the situation in Iraq and the region and developments in the political arena.”
The meeting stressed, according to the statement, “the importance of moving forward to achieve the upcoming constitutional entitlements, and the necessity of joint cooperation and coordination to find the necessary solutions to the outstanding problems.”
