The government service and engineering effort team announced, on Wednesday, the start of implementing the potable water network in the Majar Al-Kabir district in Maysan Governorate.
A member of the Service Effort Team, Maysan Water Director, Aqeel Laibi, said in a statement received by “Al-Ma’loumah”: “The preparation and implementation of a potable water network in the areas of Hunaidi, Hay Al-Rahma, and Al-Kashashiya in the Great Majar District has been completed as part of the Service Effort Team’s projects for the year 2023 in Maysan Governorate.”
He pointed out that "work is progressing at an increasing pace and with continuous hours in these areas to complete the work."
He added, "The cadres of the Maysan Water Directorate working within the service and engineering effort team also began preparing and inspecting the pipelines in the oil dunem area in the center of the governorate, and the network paths were determined."
The statement continued, “On the other hand, the Director of Maysan Water announced the commencement of extending and connecting the water network of Al-Rahma neighborhood in Al-Kahla district and the rest of its areas. Pipe models were also sent for the purpose of examination, and they are in the process of completing determining the asphalt levels and network paths, in coordination with the advisory office of the union.” Engineers expect implementation work to be completed within the next two days.” Ended 25 n
