The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement received by Alsumaria News that it welcomes the preliminary decision of the International Court of Justice issued today, Friday, to prevent acts of genocide against the Palestinians, which confirmed the transgression of the occupying power and its flagrant violation of international laws.

The Ministry reiterated its emphasis on the importance of stopping the hostile military operations that prevent the arrival of humanitarian aid and threaten the lives of Palestinian civilians, expressing its appreciation for the position and efforts of the Republic of South Africa and its legal team in adopting the issue of filing a lawsuit against the continuing violations of the occupying authority before the International Court.
