    [rtl]Today, Tuesday (February 13, 2024), the Federal Integrity Commission announced the ouster of a state real estate employee who bargained with a citizen for $30,000 to facilitate the procedures for renting a property.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The authority stated in a statement received by Al-Iqtisad News, “The Baghdad Investigation Directorate has formed a team to investigate and investigate information contained in a citizen’s complaint, which includes that he was subjected to bargaining from an employee in the Ministry of Finance who works in the State Real Estate Department - the Southern Region Real Estate Department.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]She added, "The team, after obtaining an order from the judge of the Rusafa Investigation Court, which specializes in cases of integrity, money laundering, and economic crime, moved to one of the commercial places in the center of the capital, Baghdad, and set up an elaborate ambush for the complainant, where he was caught red-handed and in possession of the bribe amount."[/rtl]
    [rtl]She explained, “The accused was caught red-handed receiving $500, representing the first installment of the amount, in exchange for facilitating the procedures for leasing a property located in the Diwaniyah Governorate - Al-Hamzah Al-Sharqi area from the complainant, pointing out that the total amount agreed upon between the complainant and the complainant amounted to approximately 30 thousand US dollars.” .[/rtl]
    [rtl]It noted the preparation of a formal seizure report in the operation that took place in accordance with the provisions of Resolution (160 of 1983), in order to present it, along with the accused and the seized exhibits, before the judge of the Rusafa Investigation Court, which specializes in cases of integrity, money laundering, and economic crime, to determine his fate.[/rtl]
