The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities announced today, Sunday, the current launch of Housing Fund loans during the month of March, as part of the Fund’s borrowing plan amounting to 750 billion dinars.
The Ministry’s official spokesman, Istabraq Sabah, said, “The Fund will launch its housing loans during the current month of March within the borrowing plan for the current year 2024, which includes allocating an amount of 750 billion dinars,” noting that “the loan amounts to 60 million dinars, with an installment period of up to 15 years without interest.” ".
He pointed out that the Ministry "will grant an amount of 100 million dinars to applicants for residential complexes implemented by its companies," noting that "the application will be electronic, over 24 hours and for a period of 3 days from the date of its launch, according to the schedule through which the days allocated to each governorate will be determined."
Sabah pointed out that “the number of beneficiaries of the Fund’s loans for the past year 2023 reached 20,000 borrowers with total amounts reaching 650 billion dinars,” stressing that “the borrowing process witnessed remarkable progress after the transition to electronic work, which facilitated the process of granting loans and cut off the road for weak souls who They try to exploit citizens in exchange for sums of money.”
