An American organization concerned with monitoring and prosecuting corrupt people, called OCCRP, revealed that Masoud Barzani and his two sons are involved in corruption cases and the waste of money amounting to millions of dollars.

The organization confirmed, "There are legal cases filed against Masoud in the region's courts, on charges of family corruption that led to the creation of huge wealth."
He stated that "there are 14 files related to cases of corruption and waste of money persecuting Barzani, his family, and some close associates."
The organization (OCCRP) explained that “some members of the Barzani family transferred their money abroad, and they are four of Masoud Barzani’s nephews (Jami, Judy, and Lamina Warina, sons of Suhad Barzani, who sent their money to the Caribbean countries.” End / 25 AD).
