    Al-Maalouma/Anbar..
On Tuesday, a number of residents of the Al-Jamiya neighborhood in Anbar Governorate appealed to the central government to remove the encroachment on state property by a high-ranking official in the Anbar local government and a leader in the Al-Halbousi Party.
Sheikh Abdul Sattar Al-Ahmad Al-Dulaimi said in a statement to the Al-Ma’louma Agency, “The residents of the Al-Jamiya neighborhood area in the middle of the city of Ramadi are calling on the central government to intervene to remove a complex consisting of a private school, 10 commercial stores, and a generator built by the administrative assistant for Anbar Governorate and leader in the Taqaddim Party, Yasser Al-Dulaimi.” On land designated as green areas owned by the municipalities of Anbar, it was acquired more than 6 years ago. The concerned authorities in Anbar were appealed to, but Al-Dulaimi did not respond to the Ramadi municipality’s decisions to remove the complex.”
He added, "The municipality of Ramadi directed the removal of the complex because it encroaches on land belonging to the state, in addition to the way the complex was built outside urban planning and deprived the neighborhood's residents of establishing a recreational park for their area."
He stated that “the people of the region submitted a complaint to the Ramadi investigating judge and he ordered the removal of the complex and its conversion into a park as previously stated in the urban design,” stressing that “Al-Dulaimi completely ignored all the decisions issued to remove the encroachment because he had relations with the sacked president, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, and was chosen by him as an assistant.” For the current governor of Anbar, Muhammad Nouri.” Ended / 12a
