    Information/report
The political scene related to the file of the Presidency of the House of Representatives has become clear to everyone, represented by the existence of a major crisis afflicting the Sunni political component, all of whose parties have committed themselves to high ceilings that are difficult to lower to the basis of wisdom in dealing with these crises.

In the arena of the Presidency of the House of Representatives, Al-Halbousi stands alone in a “bullying” manner in an attempt to prevent any Sunni candidate from entering his arena unless he is affiliated with him. In this way, he is undermining all the values and honor of the rivalry, and even demolishing the official rules and laws in the process of selecting the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
This picture was expressed by the members of the Taqadum Party, which is headed by Al-Halbousi, and how they created a crisis and chaos in the session of the House of Representatives to choose a speaker for it, and how these members, led by Haibat Al-Halbousi, rose up and attacked the representatives from their constituents from the rest of the political blocs to prevent the selection of a new speaker of the House of Representatives, after they felt that Their component does not want to grant this party the presidency of the Council and the leadership of the Sunnis in Iraq.
The House of Representatives voted on the candidates for presidency of the House of Representatives, but no candidate obtained the legal percentage (half plus one), that is, 166 votes, to hold this position.
The candidate of the Azm and Al-Sayyada blocs, Salem Al-Issawi, received 158 votes, and the candidate of the Taqadum Party, which is headed by the dismissed Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani, received 137 votes.

Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, refused to present more than one candidate in the third round to elect the Speaker of Parliament.
The session witnessed clashes and fistfights between members of the Sunni political forces in the House of Representatives.
One of the representatives, who refused to reveal her identity, revealed that the crisis that struck the Sunni House against the backdrop of the failure to elect a Speaker of the House of Representatives was directed by the head of the Taqadum Party, Muhammad al-Halbousi, to thwart the election session for the Speaker of the House.
The representative who belongs to the Taqadum Party told Al-Maalouma that “Al-Halbousi does not want Salem Al-Issawi to ascend to the presidency of the Council, for fear of withdrawing the leadership of the Sunni House in Anbar,” noting, “The chaos inside the House of Representatives was planned by the Taqadum Party, after its failure to win.” She holds the seat of the presidency of the Council, noting that “the biggest role in this chaos is Lahibat Al-Halbousi.”

She added, "She told Salem Al-Issawi that he would be attacked, and urged him to change his position from the front lines in the hall to the back."
This practice adopted by Al-Halbousi and his party confirms that his goal of imposing his leadership by force on his constituents has become clear even to the rest of the political components of the House of Representatives, including the majority Shiites who expressed their desire to resolve the presidential file away from Al-Halbousi’s desire.
Today, Thursday, the Al-Fatah Alliance criticized the policy of the dismissed Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, in dealing with the file of the Presidency of the House of Representatives, noting that Al-Halbousi “seeks to monopolize power and lead the Sunni component.”
A member of the Al-Fatah Alliance, Ali Al-Fatlawi, told Al-Maalouma, “Al-Halbousi refuses to have any Anbari figure assume the presidency of the House of Representatives, indicating that what happened in the parliament session last Saturday reflects the true picture of what is happening in Anbar Governorate in terms of restricting freedom of opinion and choice, and issues The style of violence on the scene.
He added, "Parliament is moving towards giving its members the freedom to choose a new speaker for the House of Representatives, and not as Al-Halbousi wants, who seeks to be the sole leader and Anbari leader on the Sunni scene."
Meanwhile, independent MP Muhannad Al-Khazraji revealed today, Thursday, the existence of movement from various political blocs to end the crisis of the presidency of the House of Representatives.
Al-Khazraji told Al-Maalouma, “There is vigorous movement from various parties to resolve the matter of the Presidency of the House of Representatives, expecting it to be resolved next week.”
He criticized "the scenario of violence and creating crises within the House of Representatives," noting that "the balance is tilted towards choosing Salem Al-Issawi as Speaker of the House of Representatives."
He pointed to “converging agreements and visions from various blocs to support Al-Issawi.” End 25 n
