[rtl]The spokesman for the Ministry of Electricity, Ahmed Moussa, said that some owners of private generators sell "national" electricity to citizens in the form of monthly amperes.[/rtl]
[rtl]In a televised interview followed by "Al-Eqtisad News", Musa said, "The ministry announces the launch of the second phase of the campaign to resolve electrical bottlenecks in the areas of the capital, Baghdad."[/rtl]
[rtl]Musa added, "The ministry has monitored some private generator owners selling 'national' electricity to subscribers in the form of monthly amperes," indicating that "violators and transgressors of national electricity were fined retroactively and referred to the competent committee to take the necessary measures."[/rtl]
[rtl]He stressed that "a government committee has been formed to monitor the violations of private generator owners and their manipulation of prices."[/rtl]
