Finance Committee member said Raad Aldhlki that Baghdad and Erbil agreement is the approval of the general budget of the sponsor, stressing that the biggest obstacles in the budget of the agreement between the parties.
Aldhli said in a statement to the Agency ((eighth day)) that "the recent agreement between Baghdad and Erbil is a sponsor to dissolve differences and obstacles adoption of the budget."
He added that "the governments of the region and the center agreement could bring the views and shorten the time but is not a sponsor of the adoption of the general budget in 2014".
Aldhlki confirmed that "differences with the biggest budget of the agreement between the center and the region."
It is noteworthy that the governments of the center and the region have agreed to convert $ 500 million to the Government of the region compared to 150 thousand barrels of oil from the region to the central government. "
Announced Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari earlier today (Wednesday, 19 \ 11 \ 2014) for the conversion of the agreed amount from the treasury of the Ministry of Finance to the provincial government.
