" 
    And about the solutions put forward to resolve the crisis, warned Kanani of external borrowing or other solutions that weigh heavily on the state and condition the economy, stressing that the oil is no longer my most expensive in the world, and that of Petroleum Exporting Countries has lost its luster in the light of fermentation taking place in the global market and the entry of new producers, which including the United States, Singapore Iran and the return of poverty Lipa after the lifting of sanctions against it. 
    Kanani likely that the government resorted to the cash reserve at the central bank to meet the financial requirements of the employees' salaries.
