    Dunce! Figures this guy acquired his economic prowess from Saddams book of raiding the bank. He doesn't yet see that spoiling the resource that support the dinar strength creates inflation. I think his plan is the institute failing monetary policies so his pipedream of returning to power like some freakish self fulfilling savior can be achieved. Non-starter.
