    BAGHDAD
    / NINA / Foreign Ministry Undersecretary, Labeed Abbawi said that "The
    Kuwaiti side is very cooperative with Iraq's efforts to get Iraq out
    from Chapter Seven," expecting "resolve the humanitarian's file and
    border with Kuwait during the first half of this year."

    Abbawi
    told Al-Zawraa newspaper, issued by the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate that
    "Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki had previously invited his Kuwaiti
    counterpart and he accepted the invitation."

    Abbawi explained
    there are three essential files now, have nothing to do with UN
    resolutions, the first file is humanitarian, noting that "there is an
    understanding with the Kuwaiti side to follow it jointly, as well as
    having an understanding on the formation of a joint technical committee
    in collaboration with the United Nations, but away from the Special
    Coordinator of the UN, therefore this file is semi-closed. "

    continued, "The second file is about the land and sea borders, which was
    agreed on all the details, therefore it is almost finished,     noting" it
    is supposed to re-examine the issue of compensation, which we look
    forward to position collaborator from Kuwait towards it to accomplish
    all obligations according to the Security Council resolutions "    . / end

    All I can tell you is watch this calender http://www.un.org/en/sc/inc/pages/pdf/pow/powmonthly.pdf to update, then expected it before the UNSC meeting if, it is listed when the calender updates... ;)
