    [ltr]Egyptian Minister of Petroleum Engineer Tariq Al Mulla explained that "this collaboration aims to maximize theeconomic benefit from the infrastructure of the petroleum sector, and contribute to achieving the new revenue from the exploitation of the available capacity in support of transforming Egypt into a pivotal center of a strategic trading and energy trading and support ensure fuel supplies to the market strategy efforts the local".[/ltr]

    [ltr]The note includes the possibility of importing quantities of Basrah monthly oil, as may be agreed upon, and thetraining of Iraqi petroleum cadres in the Egyptian training centers, and the cooperation of the petroleum sector inthe areas of gas industry, and the drilling of oil wells, and gas and the establishment of gas networks for domestic use, adding that it was agreed to the participation of Egyptian companies in the implementation of oil and gas projects.[/ltr]
