Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -MP, Aziz al-Mayahi, of the White bloc announced that the bloc will not attend the exceptional session of the parliament on next Sunday over Hawija clashes.
In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “The parliament became a source of creating the crises rather than settling them and holding any exceptional session is ineffective step.”
“The White bloc considers holding the session to be for the political statements and deals as what has been done in the former session,” he added, assuring that “Attending this session will not be useful and will be a part of the disputes.”
It is worth mentioning that the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, called for holding an exceptional session on next Sunday to discuss the clashes that took place in Hawija district of Kirkuk province.
