    5:21:39 a.m. 03.04.2016 |(Voice of Iraq) - Ninevehsponsored Bashar Alkika chairman of Nineveh province , theWorld Organization for Human Rights ,set up on Saturday , which falls 04/02/2016 at Hall Rixos hotel in Dohuk ceremonial first level graduate of peaceful coexistence and starting thesecond level of the session course in coordination with theOrganization ofCapi and direct support of thepresidency of theCouncil ofNineveh province and the ceremony was attended byMr. Ismat Rajab ,president of thelist of fraternity and coexistence and an official branch 14 of theDemocratic Party of Kurdistan and anumber of dignitaries were at the ceremony include: 1. a minute of silence for the souls of the martyrs of thePeshmerga and the army in confronting them to organize Daash terrorist. 2. threw Alkika speech inwhich he referred to the need tounite in the face of Daash and empower local and humanitarian organizations in the field of peace and expand thework of the civil power , calling thepolitical parties to adopt and constructive debate and establish theconcept ofpeaceful co -existence in their midst and confirmed the existence of adefect in thesocial structure of the dialogue and the presence ofDaash is the result and not the cause of it is this spirit must we have to work and unite our attitudes and build peace in our society because the construction toughest of manufacture and wider. 3. word to the course Director Engineer Maan Ajaj inwhich he referred to the objectives of the session and its mechanism. 4. distributed certificates ofappreciation by Khaled Mahmoud Crown Elman chairman of themasters of Bashar Alkika and Ismet Rajab , director of Kana and anumber of dignitaries. 5. granting Alkika certificate ofappreciation to Mr. Khalid Mahmood Crown head of theorganization. 6.
