Shammari: The Federal Court's decision to authorize the dismissal of Minister Abadi cover up the failures and corrupt

I consider a member of the parliamentary legal committee Hassan Shammari, on Wednesday, the Federal Court's decision to authorize the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi dismissal of ministers or replaced without reference to Parliament, that cover up the failures and corrupt in the government and to protect them from prosecution.

Al-Shammari said in a press statement, "do not be surprised that the issue of the Federal Supreme Court decision is in favor of the Iraqi government regarding the mechanism of the dismissal and the appointment of ministers."

He added that "the court had committed a grave error omitting to Article 61 of the Constitution, which restricted the dismissal under the justifications and reasons and only if it were not for the justification needed as I went to court was the absurdity of the entire article and its presence in the Constitution or not either."

The al-Shammari, that "the court's decision either save the Prime Minister from the embarrassment of not having a convincing justification for the dismissal or to cover up the failures and corrupt in the government and to protect them from prosecution," calling on the House of Representatives to "objectivity in making decisions and not to be a partner in the coverage of the corrupt and losers that was for Ebadi convincing justifications. "
