    The imposition of the Court of Babil province, on Monday, the contract employees and theprocedure of daily signing written pledges not to claim their wages, while the excuse that there is no central financial allocations. 
    Aide said Babil province , Raad John . In an interview with the (long - Presse), " The Office of the province distributed pledges written procedure everyday and contract holders of not claim their salaries due tosuspension of the investment plan. " 
    John said that" all wage - earners everyday and contract employees were hired within the projects implemented in the province and within the allocations of these projects , "asserting that" all projects in theprovince have been stalled the duration of the absence of any allocations for these projects from the central government. " The state departments in Babylon contracted for years with staff on a daily basis wages andtemporary contracts because of the absence of grades and the need for those departments to staff from various fields they charge a pittance for their services that they offer. Includes state ministries thousands ofemployees in temporary contracts or daily wages of those who are not on the permanent staffing proofed so far , despite the long years of service, up to a decade or more.
