    Revealed Bayati, for "the ministry approached the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to ensure the payment of the mobile phone companies their indebtedness," noting that "the ministry will resort to the CMC in the event of non-payment of its debt as the implementing agency and supervising contracts with these companies."
