{Baghdad} Euphrates News Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri urged to achieve the requirements for obtaining final approval to join the marshes to the World Heritage list.
A statement from his office, received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it today Jubouri during the press conference of the Ziggurat of Ur to say , "We came today supportive of this important province and the rich heritage of civilization in Mesopotamia, which has embraced the great landmarks era mission of ancient history, represented effects of civilizations embodied the depth of culture and science of the peoples that inhabited this blessed land. "
He added that" the monuments and natural phenomena in this province, isconsidered a national treasure, for all the sons of the Iraqi people, and a history full of achievements reached its light to all corners of the globe. "
the head of the the House of Representatives, "everyone must support all efforts and large endeavors, efforts to incorporate the marshes and monuments in this province to the World Heritage list."
and went Jubouri , thanks to " the great efforts that have been made, by several entities in the forefront of the UNESCO office in Iraq, which which has preliminary approval for the inclusion of the marshes and archaeological teacher, to the World Heritage list. "
he stressed the need to " meet all the requirements for final approval , "noting that" this requires the requirements and standards must be achieved. "
the Jubouri had arrived earlier in advance of Saturday to the province Dhi Qar to provide support in the project included the marshes and archaeological areas in theprovince to the World Heritage list.
