    stressed the parliamentary finance committee member Ahmed Sarhan, the need to investigate regardless government loans to prevent she went into the pockets of the corrupt.

    Ahmed said in a press statement that "when the Bank offers what to lend to anyone for any project must make sure need this person to actually loan and must make disclosure of the industrial project or farm to the amounts do not go into the pockets of the corrupt." 
    He added that " the loan is for the purpose of helping borrowers in order to promote the development of this country and to support industry and agriculture for the better , and invest optimally to supplement the budget revenues other than oil. " 
    He called on member of the Finance parliamentary" banks that lend to people that the loans meet certain period and under pledges to guarantee the bank that this person is unable to pay these loans. " 
    The government has fired last month loans financed by the Central Bank of Iraq amounting to five trillion dinars for the sectors of industry, agriculture, housing, and allocated them 1700 billion dinars for the housing sector through the housing Fund and the bank 's real estate, and the industrial sector through the industrial Bank 1650 billion dinars, and the agricultural sector through the agricultural Bank in 1650 billion dinars, and micro - enterprises through private banks in 1500 billion dinars. " 
    and be allocated for each loan for housing amounts of 50 million dinars, loans industrial and agricultural sectors forsmall projects a maximum of 500 million dinars, loans and medium enterprises a maximum of three billion dinars, and loans of major projects in excess of three billion dinars provided it does not exceed its upper limit of 20 billion dinars, loans strategic projects that more than 20 billion dinars, 
    what would be the period of repayment of the loan over ten years for a loan of Housing and five years for loans other except for a period of grace for one year from the date of the first batch of student loan disbursement.
