    A member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Representative Basem Khashan, confirmed, on Monday, that the tax secretariat funds that were stolen from the Rafidain Bank, which became known as the "theft of the century", are still in the pockets of the corrupt and not all of them have been recovered.

    Khashan said in an interview with Al-Maalouma agency, "The investigation committee set up by the Parliamentary Integrity Committee in the case of theft of tax money, known as the theft of the century, is still in place and that it will reactivate the case," pointing out that "his committee will not allow the issue to be politicized, whatever the reasons and pressures." .
    He added, "The money that was recovered and the properties that were seized are worth nothing compared to the stolen money," noting that "most of the money is still in the pockets of the corrupt and thieves."
