House voted on a draft universities, colleges ,civil law and finished reading the first and second of the three laws, as well as discuss improving student middle school rate.
The Council of Representatives at its fourth regular of the legislative term first third legislative year , headed by Dr. Salim al -President of the Council and in the presence of 185 deputies.

He ended the Council first reading of the draft law on ratification transfer of sentenced persons between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of theUnited Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and submitted by the committees Foreign financial and legal relations , which contributes to the Convention on the Law closer cooperation in the field of transfer of sentenced persons between the two governments and the ratification of the Convention.
the Council also completed the first reading of the draft of the Iraqi Council ofRepresentatives law submitted by the legal and financial committees that came to theorganization of the constitutional and legal status for the presidency and members of the House of Representatives and their rights and privileges as the Constitution and theincorporation enjoined General of the Secretariat of Bmderiaatha and formations other and to determine grades for senior positions and the mechanism of recruitment of staff.
