Decisions of the Council of Ministers meeting No. 24

The Council of Ministers held its twenty-fourth regular meeting in Baghdad today Tuesday, 4 June 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nouri Kamel al-Maliki issued the following decisions of the Council:1. to approve the bill granting pension rights for those with special grades designated agency after 9/4/2013 Checker by the State Council and submitted to the Chamber of Deputies according to the provisions of articles (61/item first and 80/item 2) of the Constitution.
2. to endorse the recommendation of the Foreign Ministry to open Consulates General of the republics of Greece and Bulgaria in Erbil province based on the provisions of article 26 of the Foreign Service Act (No. 45) of 2008 taking into account the principle of reciprocity.3. approval of compensation for the Ministry of youth and sports for violators on their own property and real estates in an amount not to exceed 5 million per family, as an exception from a decision of the Council of Ministers No. (387) for the year 2012.
4. adoption of the draft report of the Republic of Iraq on the International Covenant on Civil and political rights, taking into account the observations of the legal service in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers with the Ministry of human rights of the above-mentioned report as final revised to the relevant Committee of the United Nations.
5. approve the strategy of the maternal and child health and reproductive health for the period (2013-2017) provided by the Ministry of health.
6. adoption of the national strategy for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases provided by the Ministry of health.
7. expand the powers of the Ministry of health contracted with anesthesiologists and some scarce health staffs of various disciplines and of all States of the world in accordance with the technical standards set by the Ministry with the Commission in bringing doctors in Ministry of health power to negotiate salaries.8. write-off amount stolen to pay employees of the oil body Center for the month of April 2007 in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of the dissolved Revolution Command Council resolution No. (110) of 1989, as amended by resolution No. 34/2001.
9. paragraph (2) of the decision of the Council of Ministers No. (357) 2012 to replace: installment payments of monthly instalments in line with the agkam implementation law No. (45) for the year 1980 with the authorization of the Ministry of finance to issue the appropriate controls on the subject.
