    Announced that the Federal Court of Cassation, on Sunday, sending the provisions of the execution of definitive issued against 36 convicts Spyker incident to the Presidency of the Republic for approval and ordering execution.
    The Presidency in a statement received (range Press), a copy of it, that "the death sentences issued against the peremptory convicted of Spyker was sent to the presidency to issue decrees with the Republic of implementation."
    The statement added that "the Federal Court of Cassation authentication longer the 36 convicts had been sentenced to death by the Central Criminal Court in Baghdad, as has been the release of the three accused."
    The Federal Court of Cassation ratified, in the (31 July 2016), the decisions of the death sentences against those convicted of "the crime of the martyrs of Spyker."
    The Central Criminal Court has issued in the capital, Baghdad, in the (18 February 2016), provisions for the execution of 40 prisoners convicted of participating in the implementation of the crime of Spyker, with the release of seven others decided for lack of evidence.
    The Supreme Judicial Council, announced, in (November 11, 2015) that the District Court referred the 36 charged with a crime Spyker to the criminal court for prosecution.
    The Federal Judicial Authority announced the formation of an investigative body to examine the crime committed at Camp Speicher and be based at the Central Criminal Court for the purpose of in-depth investigation and take in all its aspects and to expedite the resolution of the file as soon as possible.
    The Central Criminal Court has issued, in (the eighth of July 2015) 24 defendants sentenced to death by hanging of convicted incident Spyker, while four others were released for lack of evidence found guilty, at the request of the public prosecutor.
    And executed the organization (Daash), in (the 15th of June 2014), hundreds of students from the College of the Air Force and volunteers of the Armed Forces, at the base (Spyker), north of Tikrit.
    The organization (Daash) may impose its control over the city of Mosul, Nineveh province, (405 km north of Baghdad), in (the tenth of June 2014 the past), prior to impose its control over many other areas of Iraq, had committed "violations" many parents, especially the right of minorities, religious and cultural sites, promised many domestic and international destinations, "crimes against humanity, and genocide."
