Basra Governorate Council isconsidering a proposal to impose alevy on trucks to move goods for the purpose of perpetuating and rehabilitation of the road link between the port and the city ofBasra.
Provincial Council member Mohammed Al Mansouri said in apress statement that the Council seeks to obtaining money from thefederal government and theMinistry of Transport to complete the rehabilitation project road between Zubair and Umm Qasr hand , who suffers from neglect as a connecting key ports of Iraq, including the Umm Qasr and Khor al- Zubair oil
