    Said the new oil minister Jabbar and coffee after being sworn in as oil minister , succeeding Minister outgoing Adel Abdul - Mahdi, said that one of the first its priorities is attention to the energy file, and processing of electricity generation plants needed fuel to run them, as well as be considered to deal with the region 's internal affair and is subject to prior agreements concluded between Baghdad and Erbil

    Announced new oil minister Jabbar Luaibi on Monday his intention to develop a comprehensive plan for the advancement of the oil sector in Iraq, stressing that it will re-examine all the plans and projects.
    Allaibi said in a statement to Agence / information /, following a vote by Parliament in today's session, "The oil ministry will develop a comprehensive plan for the advancement of the oil sector as well as international markets in the coming period."
