Ratification of law No.21 "national achievement", says Timimi

[ltr]The parliament Regions & Provinces Committee described the ratification of the law No.21 for 2008 as national achievement to lift the injustice from the provinces and grant them larger powers.[/ltr]
[ltr]Congratulating the Iraqi people on ratifying the law No.21 of 2008, MP Mansour al-Timimi, head of the Committee said “This amendment on the law No.21 includes larger authorities for the provinces in various administrative and financial fields and it matches the non-centralization principle stated by the Iraqi Constitution.”[/ltr]
[ltr]The parliament approved during the regular session on last Sunday, the second amendment of the Provinces Law No.21 for 2008.[/ltr]
