He parliamentary Finance Committee member Jabbar al - Abadi, on Thursday, said the government went in thereconstruction of liberated areas the process is based on subsidies and grants and international aid rather than through the federal budget, pointing out that what has been allocated to the allows only provide basic things simple for those areas.
he said in a press statement, that the amount that has been allocated for the reconstruction of liberated areas is thesame custom in the budgets of the past years , the number, pointing to the focus on austerity situation is characteristic clearest year budget for 2017.
he said the government did not make it a priority to rely on the budget in the reconstruction of liberated areas through modest figures that do not fit a tenth of what you need actually those areas for building them, which exceed tens of billions of dollars.
