[ltr]Supreme religious authority, the Office of Mr. Ali al-Sistani, on Monday, announced that next Wednesday is the first day of the month of Safar.[/ltr]
[ltr]According to a statement from Sistani's office, he received / balances News / copy of it today that "on Tuesday is a complement to the month of Muharram."[/ltr]
[ltr]The statement added, "The day on Wednesday," 2-11-2016m "is the first of the month of zero for the year 1438 Hijrah" .anthy 29/34 R.[/ltr]
