The first steps of the Maliki government towards economic cooperation plans with the countries in the world after Iraq directly from laws and rules item VII which has lasted for years over direct execution and began the immediate plans of economic activity in Iraq, and was chaired by Mr. Nuri al-Maliki, the Prime Minister said the official delegation comprising a number of Ministers travelling to Moscow at the invitation to participate in the Conference on energy to be held in Russia. The visit of several days to activate ways of economic cooperation between the two countries, a move that would return Iraq to the cycle of regional and international economic and political level, to begin a new era of openness and cooperation with all countries, the delegation will discuss with Russian officials to provide Iraq with offensive weapons and defensive after the lifting of the restriction on arms deals and said the Prime Minister's Adviser on Iraq policy in the coming period will be the policy of a State that does not threaten international peace and security and the right to In diversifying the sources of weapons, Russia announced Wednesday that it would provide Iraq with ten helicopters with full weapons and equipment.
