    Began this morning in the capital Baghdad, the central ceremonial occasion of the withdrawal of Iraq from the provisions of Chapter VII.

    The UN Security Council voted last Thursday to ratify the withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII.

    The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and his deputy, Hussein al-Shahristani and Vice President Khudair Alkhozai and a number of members of the House of Representatives, ministers and officials in state institutions.

    It is said that Iraq would emerge from Chapter VII would make him able to manage his money without international trusteeship would also allow him to return to normal in the international community in terms of health, especially hardware processing and manufacturing, especially military arms and light weapons and medium-and heavy-duty, except for the internationally banned.
