Haider said in an interview with Alsumaria's News, he said that "Article I , paragraph (b) of the oil accord within the budget affirmed the region 's commitment to thegovernment to pay 550 thousand barrels per day from fields of Kirkuk and the region to Baghdad , " noting , "We have to link the payment of 300 thousand barrels of Kirkuk pay Territory salaries , according to the list of numbers of staff in the Federal Ministry of Finance. "
