Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ibraheem al-Rikabi, pointed out “The citizens in the provinces became vigilant to monitor the performance of the Local Governments and they will be able to identify the best to achieve this task.”
He stated to IraqiNews.com “The Alliances formed to nominate the governors and the heads of the Provincial Councils,” noting that “The aim of the Local Governments should be to provide services for the provinces.”
“Iraqis are aware of who will be the best in implementing his duties among the local officials,” he concluded.
