Been thinking about this one a longtime before laying my thoughts to it. Not much being said as a announcement from the CBI, or is it.
It is to all banks AUTHORISED to do ALL banking, I look at these type of banks in Iraq as the big global banks like HSBC, JPMorgan (Chase), etc that are in Iraq, not the local banks.
To me the CBI is telling them they can conduct all foreign currecy conversions I'm sure by a teller table WHEN THEY SAY!
This could mean for Iraqis with the smart card out of country receiving their benifits, oil sharing, or just conducting business at those banks out of country, or/and could be a sign also that these bank types will be involved in a cash in too since it is authorised authorising all foreign conversions as said.
I'm just looking at it guys as this for now till it tells me different.
