    Kuwait's Ministry of Finance announced Thursday forecast a record deficit of nearly $ 38 billion in the budget for the fiscal year 2017/2016, as a result of the sharp decline in oil prices, which constitutes an essential resource to the publictreasury.
    The ministry said in Tweets over calculated on the site "Twitter", "total income of 7.4 billion dinars (24.4 billion dollars) budget for 2016/2017," which begins its fiscal year on the first of April.
    The total expenditure of 18.9 billion dinars (62.4 billion dollars), a decline of 1.6 percent from the previous fiscal year.
    Thus, the budget deficit is estimated at 11.5 billion dinars (38 billion dollars)
    Of the total income, total oil revenues in the next budget, $ 19.1 billion, accounting for only 78 percent of budget revenues, note that oil was usually contributes approximately 94 percent of revenue.
    Kuwait expects a deficit of about $ 23 billion in the current fiscal year, which ends March 31 / March, and for the first time after 16 years of record surpluses, which contributed to the formation of a provision of about $ 600 billion.
