    Salahuddin Provincial Council demanded on Tuesday the opening of a laboratory for Standardization and Quality Control to conduct the required tests on the materials that go to markets and government stores, and denied the existence of material damage to imported rice, criticized the way the transfer of samples to Baghdad.
