[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - January 17: The Minister of Justice Haider Zamili, for "bogus companies exploiting Bangladeshi workers to achieve financial profits on account of legal guarantees."
A statement by the Media Ministry, said Zamili "confirmed during a meeting at his office in Baghdad , Ambassador of Bangladesh in Iraq , Abu intentional Farhad, said the government was keen to protect workers and foreign nationals in Iraq to exploit some of the companies for them outside the legal framework , " stressing the "Promotion means of coordination between the Bangladeshi Embassy with government agencies and institutional investors. "
He was the Minister of Justice "fully prepared to cooperate with the Bangladeshi embassy in Baghdad and to provide the necessary assistance and facilities and on legislation that contribute to the regulation and protection of foreign labor, in order to achieve full immunity to the rights and obligations of contracts."
He pointed out that "there is a mechanism governing the work of the All foreign workers in Iraq, carried out through coordination between embassies and the authorities concerned," he said . "These measures will prevent them from exposure to legal repercussions." Q ended
