[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Washington -arac Press January -26: President Donald Trump signed, on Wednesday evening, atemporary ban on most of the refugees and to stop US visas from seven Middle Eastern countries and African countries including Iraq 's decisions.
And prevent decision - seven countries from obtaining visas to enter the United States, namely , Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.
It included new border security measures issued orders for the construction of the border wall with Mexico to curb illegal immigrants living in the United States.
Trump said in a tweet published Tuesday: "Tomorrow is a big day awaited with respect to national security, and we'll build the border wall among many other things."
Said Stephen Agomski who was senior adviser to the Department of Immigration Services and US citizenship in the Obama administration, he said that " the president has the right to limit the acceptance of refugee applications and issuing visas for certain countries if the administration decided that these measures are in the public interest."
He commented Agomski saying: "Legally, the president can take such actions, but in political terms would be a terrible idea because there is an urgent humanitarian need to accept these refugees now."
During his campaign , Trump initially proposed imposing a temporary ban on Muslims to prevent them from entering the United States " in order to protect Americans from jihadist attacks , " he claimed.
He said both Trump and its candidate for the office of the Attorney General and Senator Jeff Sessions, "They will focus on imposing restrictions on countries that may constitute Mhajroha threat to US national security , rather than imposing restrictions on religious basis."
He criticized many of the supporters of the former Trump President Barack Obama 's decision to increase the acceptance numbers of Syrian refugees in the United States amid fears that the these refugees fleeing their country to carry out attacks against Americans.
One expert said the Immigration Affairs Hiroshi Motomura, " The critics might launch a legal campaign against these decisions if all prohibited countries from obtaining a visa to enter the United States with a Muslim majority, and these lawsuits are based on these decisions represent a distinction between religions , which is unconstitutional ".
Motomura expected to draw Trump to stop issuing visas to these countries, and is also issued instructions to the customs administration and the protection of US borders to prevent the current holders of visas from those countries from entering the United States.
