    He said al-Jubouri, that "the province of Babylon, depends entirely on the amount of regions allocated by the Federal Government development because the province does not hold any other financial returns like the rest of the neighboring provinces," and urged the federal government to "increase allocated to the province in order to provide services to various branches and that you need to maintain the amounts" .
