"

    For his part, President of the Union farm associations, Haidar Abdul Wahid, said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The farmer has become frustrated by the failure to achieve the promises made by the government on more than one occasion, especially with regard to financial dues regardless."
    And between Abdul Wahid, that "the farmer can not continue to operate unless reap what you planted throughout the season and get his money when marketing the crop," noting that "the peasants waited a long time without getting their dues What is the impact on the continuity of their work."
    The General Union of peasant associations in Iraq, called in (the 25th of June last in 2016), my presidency of the Council of Ministers and the House of Representatives to the need to take the necessary steps to pay the dues of farmers have been stalled for a long duration of action, stressing the decline in agricultural production.
    The Iraqi cabinet has approved in its meeting held in (the 27 of September, the last in 2016), to hand over the peasants dues within one week from the date of surrender of agricultural crops.
    The Ministry of Agriculture, announced in (the 29th of September last in 2016), the Council of Ministers approve the disbursement full dues of farmers until 2016, as well as the creation of the amounts for next season without delay to encourage them to arable land cultivation.
