" 
    He said Serbest Mustafa that "resorting to the street and the mobilization of the masses are shown as if the Commission why all the country 's problems is the fact that leaves us with the question , " and added , "It is our right to wonder why the crowds at this particular time, is due to determine the day of the 16th of next September as the date for provincial elections by the Prime Minister, that this was the reason UNHCR would never be a party to any existing political conflict, or because the Commission directed towards the development of methods and procedures to end the repeated vote and to limit the distortion of the will of the voter! ".
