North Korea give up the capital .. Arrangements for the "big and important event" within hours

North Korean leader Kim Jong ordered residents of Pyongyang to leave the city immediately, raising fears he might be preparing for war on the sidelines of a growing row with the United States, the Daily Express newspaper reported.
More than 600,000 citizens (about 25 percent of the city's population) are being evacuated as a matter of urgency as tensions between North Korea and the United States escalate, the newspaper reported.
South Korean media also reported that the population had let each other out, raising fears that the tyrannical leader might be about to act after months of nuclear weapons testing.
A number of foreign journalists in North Korea have disclosed that the Pyongyang authorities are making arrangements for an important event within hours, although there is no indication that it is directly linked to tensions in the region over North Korea's nuclear weapons program, Reuters reported.
According to the report, there are more than 200 foreign journalists in the North Korean capital as part of the celebrations marking the 105th anniversary of the founder of the state, which falls on April 15, the largest national day of North Korea.
North Korea has been experiencing many tensions, especially after the US Navy carried out some exercises in the western Pacific while warning of a nuclear attack on the United States.
North Korean officials told foreign reporters in Pyongyang on Wednesday that the schedule had been canceled and that they should meet early on Thursday "to prepare for a major and important event."
The Kyodo news agency reported Wednesday that the United States would strike North Korea if China did not exert real pressure on Pyongyang.
The US State Department informed the Japanese government that Washington would strike North Korea if China did not force Pyongyang to halt its nuclear and nuclear program, the agency said, adding that a representative of the US State Department conveyed the situation to Tokyo in early April.
The agency quoted the US State Department's representative as telling the Japanese government that there were only two options: Either Washington would strike at North Korea or Beijing would strengthen its pressure on Pyongyang.
The Japanese government later learned that the military operation against North Korea had become a real option for the United States, the agency said.
In the same context, Tokyo expressed concern that the territory of Japan and South Korea become the target of counter-strikes by Pyongyang.
The United States has recently announced more than once that it does not rule out any option in determining its position on North Korea.
The US Navy has already sent two other warships from their base in San Diego, Calif., To boost the Korean peninsula. This group is a strike.
