The foreign ministers of member states of the UN Security Council ministers meeting on Friday to discuss the recent military escalation on the Korean peninsula.

While Moscow and Beijing called to avoid resorting to force against North Korea, what will result from the consequences of this tent, and demanded that Washington increase pressure on the Pyongyang government.

The Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres, during a meeting, that North Korea is seeking nuclear weapons and thus contrary to the UN Security Council resolutions.

He called Guterres Pyongyang to resume dialogue and seek a political and peaceful solution. He was disturbed because of the risk of military escalation on the Korean Peninsula, stressing that "the absence of contact with North Korea channels (is) dangerous."

Guterres said: "We need to avoid miscalculation and misunderstanding, and now we need to move to prevent conflict and to achieve lasting peace."

He warned US Vice Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov of any reckless step towards North Korea, which could lead to serious consequences, calling for the search for channels of communication with Pyongyang and to encourage substantive dialogue on its nuclear program.

He pointed out that North Korea will not abandon its nuclear weapons as long as there is a direct threat to its security, the disarmament of those weapons is not possible without a political settlement of the situation and refused to increase military structures and reduce military exercises.

For his part, called on the Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, North Korea to halt nuclear and missile development activities, explaining to all parties that "the use of force does not solve disputes and will only lead to greater disasters."

Wang said before the members of the Security Council: "China is not the focus of the problem on the peninsula (Korean.) To resolve the nuclear issue on the peninsula, the key is not in the hands of the Chinese side."

For his part, he saw US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson that diplomatic efforts on North Korea did not reach any results, and called on the international community to implement the United Nations resolutions in full and to suspend or cut diplomatic ties with Pyongyang.

He stressed that Washington can not stand idly by in front of North Korea's threats, saying that the threat of nuclear attack on Seoul and Tokyo is a realistic matter of time, the Security Council urged to move "before North Korea to do so."

The British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson felt that Russia and China can Tadia a vital role in resolving the Korean crisis.
