    Welcomed the Israeli research center close to the decision-making in Tel Aviv, a document signed by Syrian figures calling for the declaration of an independent southern Syria as a region within the Union "Federal Syrian future" circles.

    "The Iroshlim Center for the study of society and the State", which is its board of directors is headed by Undersecretary of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs former Dore Gold, said that the document called "Charter Horan", and signed by personalities from southern Syria is currently living in Istanbul "represents a development hurt indirectly Israel's interest. "

    The re-center recalled that the application of the "Charter of Horan" is one of the common interests of both Israel and Russia, on the grounds that the consensus on the launch of the federal regions within practically means division of Syria.

    The Center claimed that Russia is already making contacts with the Kurds in northeast Syria about the possibility of the launch of an independent Kurdish region, noting that all that means the Russians is to keep Damascus and areas of the coast within the control of the Assad regime because of the presence of their interests in this region.
