    Legal Committee announced in the House of Representatives, its full readiness to prepare a law that can contribute to resolving tribal conflicts in cooperation with the parliamentary clans, stressing the importance of the inventory of arms in the hands of State to prevent such conflicts.
    Committee member MP Kamel al - Zaidi, said in a statement »Sabah», «the existence of efforts of the Parliamentary Committee clans to prepare a law to prevent tribal conflicts occurring between the duration and the other lead to the killing and wounding a number of citizens».
    He added that «there are delegations representing tribal leaders and tribal chiefs, visited the committees of tribal and legal Alniabaten to discuss on this law and its desire legitimizes as soon as possible», adding that « the two committees drafted a study on this topic».
    Zaidi acknowledged the difficulty of setting materials in this law that criminalizes the possible elements of the Iraqi tribes in the case of the killing of any element of the rest of the tribes.
    He explained that «can not be any one of the tribes to accept the assault without being a response fits this attack as a norm rooted .. Here we call wise men of the tribes and the Iraqi tribal leaders that they are worthy of the responsibility of directing their weapons toward their enemy rather than direct them on
    their own people» .
    For his part, Chairman of the clans in the House of Representatives , Dr. Abboud al - Issawi expressed great concern and embarrassment of the issue of tribal conflicts that have erupted in the provinces of Maysan, north of Basra, adding that «these conflicts are turning into battles with medium weapons leads to security breaches in the province and the fall of the victims innocent people have no sin in it. »
